You can tune into channels that feature films (ranging from 1-minute experiments to longer form narratives), photography, essays, and audio explorations. There is a loose schedule, but programming is also updated throughout the day. Think live curation rather than specific broadcast times.
The work explores how we construct meaning from incomplete information viewed from someone present but not quite belonging.
