Julie TV is a personal media platform organized like a TV network with channels and scheduled programming. You can tune into channels that feature films (ranging from 1-minute experiments to longer form narratives), photography, essays, and audio explorations. There is a loose schedule, but programming is also updated throughout the day. Think live curation rather than specific broadcast times.
